HOT HOT HOT!!!!!!!!!

Long time--no post, sorry. Everyone else writes such interesting things. Mine sounds so dull. I did have a little escitement on Friday last week. I attended my 66th High School Reunion at the Colonial Country Club. Sixty five out of over 300 was not too bad. Of course some were spouses or guest. Still we looked pretty good in spite of the walkers and wheel chairs lined up by the wall. And Fathers Day with Linda visiting. Good food at Jan and Tommy's house. Everyone is talking about Gulf Shores for us. We really hate to give it up and I think we will try to wait and see. Hope we can go-would not be as right somewhere else. But we could bend a little just to all be together. By the way Truman got a new American Flag for Father's Day from Amy. Does anyone know how to burn the old one? Not much else to tell--so see you later.

ROSES AND OTHER THINGS

Well it is about time. I decided to write again. The roses are beautiful in my garden. It is so hot and everything else is having a hard time. Maybe we will get some okra soon but we could not make it with just parsley (which is doing GREAT), Not good news about the beach trip. How about the mountains. Maybe we will work that out. We must get something going. Thanks to Jan and Amy (those girls like to go) we will have a plan soon. Maybe a change will be good. I always say change is good and we need to know how to bend a little. The main thing is to be together. I don't know of many families who enjoy each other as much as ours. Do you?Off to get the cat checked for blood sugar. Yes I am still dealing with that stuff. Hope she is making progress. She is as tired of it as I am. See you soon.
