BACK TO THE bEACH

You know, I express my thoughts through poetry.  Here is a Hiaku that came to mind a couple of days ago and also a poem.

                                                       BOY ON BEACH

A red haired boy on the Beach
full of life,
soaking up facts that he'll use later.

Wonder who that is?

                                                                   BEACH

The sun is streaming down,
On a beautiful sugar sand beach
I listen for the exciting sound.
As far as ears can reach.

Eyes strained to far out sea.
I think I see a boat.
Oh I wish I could on it be.
Off to an adventure I would float.

Instead I'm content to stay
With my feet on the sand beach,
Keep thinking of the day.
When all my dreams I'll reach.
