THE MIDDLE

Do you watch THE MIDDLE on TV?  I love it.  I am sure they stretch it a little but not much.  It is also the middle of the week.  Time flys for me.  When I have time for Exercise Class and it it doughnut day there.  Good crowd for that happy event for most.  I Can not eat them and do not realty care.  There is plenty I can enjoy, It is hot dog day at the cyber.  I will take my wholewheat bun and enjoy one today.

I saw a pair of ducks this morning--looking for a nesting home,  I ran for bread crumbs and treated them to make them welcome.  I sure hope they find a nest near so I can watch the ducklings grow and learn to swim.   Beautiful day so far.
