My trip to Wal-Mart yesterday did me in, Can't get any energy back. Still the medicine I guess. I canceled exercise so I could go and got back too late for the Villager meeting. I did not expect it to take me so long. Then I was too wiped out to go to Choir. The day was pretty much too much. I did go to regular dinner with my friends, but lost my appetite. I am sorry to be complaining but somebody needs to say "betty bones."
