It has been a good day. Started with Exercise Class and then tending laundry. We had a full to overflowing crowd at lunch. Special Memorial Day menu. It was hard to chose. They had ribs. hamburgers, hot dogs, and boiled shrimp. I chose the shrimp. It was very good, cooked the way we do with potatoes, and corn. Seasoned just right. I has cole slaw, baked beans and strawberry, blueberry, trifle . I enjoyed it. Don't need supper, but you bet I will be in my kitchen soon-hungry again. So goes my day. Of course it started out exciting. Miss Leila Elizabeth Merkosky arrived in record time. Jan and Tommy got there yesterday just in time. Good job Cary. Now who is next?
