STORM OVER FAST

 I give up on the weather. What will be--will be. But the cold and threat pf snow or ice is something to pay attention to. I remember as a child when threats of freeze came, it was a  major thing for us then. Pipes were more exposed with foundations high off ground. Daddy would get so upset as he tried to wrap the pipes with old quilts and rags just to keep them from freezing. Mother would draw water in the tub for flushing Lot going on for little Dot. Oh well. there are many things to worry about. I guess I grew up in the middle of it. Still too much a part of my days. And I have to work hard at controlling it. Maybe Memphis will get snow!!!Do you know someone there who will be excited?  I do.
