GOOD MORNING

Cold at 32 degrees.  Some would say that is mild.  Like Cary and Bryan. But for here it is cold.  It will warm up I think later.  Friday and another week end is here.  What will you do?  I will see Jan on Saturday.  What will I do without her?  And Amy and MG too.  Oh if I start naming people I will get in trouble for there are so many helpers.  PT is on tap this morning.  My Dr. is all for exercise and I am too.  Lord help me to keep it up and be fit as long as I can.  

I am going to come back and do laundry.  Now that is easy.  Go to lunch with friends and then a nap.  Before you know it a day will come to an end.
