Need an everyday -- day. I don't need anything special, but I have it. Another PT day and hope for the best. It sort of lays me low and jumps BP up and that is no good. So I have prayed for "strength for the day". So here I go. I know it will help to get back more or less to normal and I will do it,
Beautiful start to day with sunshine and clear skies. Maybe a few clouds here and there . But they look friendly and I will take that.
